Throughout his career, including his tenure with one of the country's largest REIT developers, Brian has been instrumental in implementing comprehensive training programs and developing operational protocols that prioritize both environmental sustainability and workforce capability. His experience spans from supervising ground-up construction projects to managing complex developments across the country, consistently emphasizing sustainable building practices while creating employment opportunities in the construction sector.

Before joining BlocPower, Brian served as Head of Development and Construction for a commercial developer, where he consistently exceeded LEED standards in large-scale projects. His approach to construction management has always emphasized building both structures and people – developing teams through comprehensive training programs while implementing rigorous environmental standards.
